Advantages:

Хозяин был на связи, всё хорошо объяснил. Состояние студии хорошее, никаких претензий и ярких недостатков отметить не могу, кроме того, что не получилось включить стиральную машину, но возможно, просто сама не разобралась (она не была резко необходима, поэтому хозяина не беспокоили с данным вопросом ночью). Спасибо!
