Сдаётся квартира возле набережной. Предмостовая площадь. Рядом 9 гор. больница, водолечебница, спортивный комплекс Юность, Звездный. Рядом пляжи, набережная. В квартире сделан хороший ремонт, всегда чистое постельное белье. Кондиционер. Есть всё необходимое для проживания. Горячая вода есть всегда, стоит хороший фильтр на питьевой воде. Встречаем с аэропорта и жд вокзала. Всегда свободно парковочное место. После каждого гостя проводится тщательная уборка. Расчетный час в 12-00. При необходимости раздельных спальных мест, стоимость за квартиру может изменяться. Ночью брони не принимаю. Местным для посиделок и отдыха не сдаю, для вечеринок квартира не подходит! Несовершеннолетних не заселяем.
