В квартире чисто, уютно и есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания
При проживании:
В квартире запрещено шум, курение, вечеринки.
При заселении гость оплачивает залог в размере 2000 руб., залог возвратный, возвращается после выезда
При нарушении правил проживания, арендодатель оставляет за собой право на выселение арендатора без возврата оплаты и залога.
Цена за проживание зависит от количества дней, и количество проживающих гостей.

Работаю официально, могу предоставить отчетные документы. Хороший дом в центре на старой набережной.
