Advantages:

Все хорошо, квартира чистая, мебель новая, добавить можно питьевой воды и заварку, а то заселился поздно, и искать магазины и бродить по ночам сложновато. Хотя магазины рядом. После заселения узнал что нет воды, хотелось бы такую информацию получать заранее, хорошо что дали в этот же вечер. В целом квартира замечательная.

Disadvantages:

Нет питьевой воды и всего 2 пакетика чая. Ну может этого и не должно быть, но в других квартирах обычно есть, даже несколько сортов чая.
