Advantages:

В целом квартира приятная. 14 этаж. Тихо. Ключи брали у консьержа при заселении. Постельное белье заправлено в кровать. Есть даже детская кроватка. Проблем не было. В целом рекомендую.

Disadvantages:

Ванна пожелтела, требует хорошей чистки. Неприятные, заляпанные коврики на кухонном столе.
