Advantages:

Хороший хозяин, заселились дистанционно, квартира светлая на втором этаже, есть вид на воду

Disadvantages:

В квартире было прокурено, на трёх человек при заселении было 2,5 полотенца (2 больших и одно больше похоже на детское покрывало), отсутствует туалетная бумага, пыльные полы по углам квартиры, грязное зеркало в санузле.
